  • We are seeking a highly organized and professional General Accounting cum HR & Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, bookkeeping, human resources, and office administration while maintaining a polished and confident presence in both corporate and social settings.

Key Responsibilities

 

General Accounting (primary)

  • Perform daily accounting responsibilities, including bookkeeping, daily financial transactions, and tax compliance (Vietnamese Accounting Standard and US taxes).
  • Collect all information and record it to prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial records.
  • Prepare and submit Tax reports on a timely basic
  • Be in charge of all contracts with local external suppliers (negotiating, drafting, submitting for approval, checking the service completion status
  • Carefully check all transactions and ensure that the ending balances match the detailed reports.
  • Verify the data and conduct reconciliations between different units. Explain figures and documentation as requested by senior management.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s overall receivables and payables.
  • Prepare the income statement, balance sheet, and other reports to summarize the company’s financial situation as required by senior management. Based on these reports, propose methods to optimize the company’s revenue and expenses.
  • Maintain confidentiality to protect the company’s information.
  • Implement and develop accounting procedures based on existing ones..
  • Complete tasks assigned by senior management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for financial and administrative tasks.
  • Learn and efficiently use accounting software to manage company finances.

HR cum Administration

  • Supporting to senior manager on HR procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Acting as key person to liaise with Insurance organizations, Tax Department, prepare paperwork and complete necessary procedures of registration/notification for new and department staff.
  • Claiming for staff benefit from insurance organizations, prepare for year -end liquidation/reconciliation of insurances and taxes.
  • Prepare staff payroll, tax and benefits
  • Prepare payments for salary, taxes and insurances for staff and consultants
  • Manage office administration tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and assisting executives as needed.
  • Order office supplies
  • Executing company event and occasional festive
  • Assist in customer interactions and company representation in professional and social settings.
  • Serve as a backup role for company project management as a Scrum Master, assisting in agile project planning and execution when required.
  • Exposure to new learning opportunities and experiences beyond compensation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
  • Above 3 years of experience in accounting working in a corporate office.
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and US tax regulations and ability to handle company bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and speed.
  • Strong experience in human resources, office administration, and accounting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a presentable and confident appearance.
  • Preferred: Candidates with a professional and attractive look suitable for social engagements and corporate representation.
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to assist in Scrum Master responsibilities is a plus.
  • Enhancing professional skills by attending training courses, reading specialized books, and maintaining good relationships with colleagues
