• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. You will work closely with our remote team from oversea for a whole journey web application development by evaluating, planning, prototyping, deploying and validating till ending.

Key Responsibilities:

Front End

• Engage in comprehensive software development cycles, enhancing our robust platforms.
• Master new functionalities and business insights to effectively address user needs.
• Collaborate on software design and architecture alongside senior developers and team leaders.
• Implement and optimize Azure cloud services within project scopes.
• Proactively analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues to maintain high-quality standards
• Aim for excellence in delivery with benchmarks like minimal bugs andadherence to timelines.

Back End

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in backend development, using deep technical knowledge and past experience to develop robust, highperformance backend systems.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness, require minimal supervision, and manage tasks autonomously.
• Analyse projects holistically, understand high-level requirements and objectives, and efficiently execute tasks collaboratively with team members to ensure project success.
• Exhibit excellence in problem-solving, honesty, transparency, and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Continuously seek to improve the team, foster team bonding, mediate conflicts, and coordinate teamwork to ensure a productive environment.
• Stay motivated to learn new business systems and programming languages, including both backend and frontend technologies
• Effectively manage time, make sound judgments, voice better approaches within the team, and adeptly use agile methodologies to streamline software development cycles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of previous projects
• Proficient in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS and advanced web technologies, including Responsive Design and browser compatibilities.
• Advanced knowledge of C#, .Net, including asynchronous programing, TPL,
• LINQ, lambada expressions, and thread management
• Experience with web frameworks like Vue.js or Ember.js is preferred
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization, web authentication methods, API integrations and more
• Solid experience with GIT, NPM, unit testing and debugging.
• Experience with popular databases such as MySQL/SQL, Redis, MongoDB
• Familiarity with AI systems is a plus
• Have skills in programming and designing web applications based on the MVCmodel.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail, strong communication,and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and teamwork, managing tasks efficiently toward project completion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, promoting team bonding and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Good English skill is an advantage.
